Store with the cap off when not in use to maintain freshness.

Tip: For deep cleaning, fill the bottle with a mixture of warm water and a teaspoon of baking soda, let it sit for 15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

Returns
We want you to love your GenMug as much as we do. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:
The product must be unused and in its original condition.
It must be returned in the original packaging, with no damage to the box, bottle, or accessories.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging cannot be accepted for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
