All orders ship from Wisconsin, USA.

Processing time

• Orders typically process in 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, holidays excluded).

• You’ll receive an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation with tracking.

Where we ship

• United States only at launch. (International coming later.)

Rates & free shipping

• Flat-rate or weight-based shipping is shown at checkout.

• Free shipping on orders $75+ (after discounts, before tax) to eligible U.S. addresses.

Carriers & transit times

• We ship via major carriers (e.g., USPS/UPS).

• Standard transit is typically 3–7 business days, depending on destination and carrier service selected.

Delivery issues

• Please verify your address at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses or carrier issues once in transit.

• If a package is marked delivered but not received, contact the carrier first, then email us at team@genmug.com—we’ll assist where possible.

Order changes & cancellations

• Need to update or cancel? Email team@genmug.com within 1 hour of placing the order. After fulfillment, changes may not be possible.

Taxes

• U.S. sales tax is collected where applicable and shown at checkout.
